Residential Garage Floor Coatings (Epoxy, Flake, Polyaspartic)



About Us
Carbon Concrete Coatings upgrades residential garage floors with high-performance epoxy, decorative flakes, and polyaspartic top coats. We do the job right, every time, and we’re building a team of true professionals.



The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Installer to run residential coating jobs with the support of an assistant. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be responsible for delivering flawless floors, start to finish, while leading by example and setting the standard for quality.

What We Expect




  • Proven hands-on experience with concrete coatings: epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic systems



  • Ability to run a job site independently and manage an assistant effectively



  • High standards for quality and attention to detail—good enough is not good enough



  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic



  • Physical ability for the work (grinding, lifting, coating, etc.)

We want A-Players only—installers who know the craft, take pride in their work, and can consistently deliver excellent results. If you don’t have solid experience in concrete coatings, this is not the role for you.
