Lead IT Recruiter

In this dynamic role, you'll spend the majority of your time focused on strategic recruiting initiatives, while also dedicating time to leading and coaching your team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing successful recruiting strategies, cultivating a world-class talent pipeline, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Strategic Recruiting
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Identify and leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Stay current on industry trends and recruiting best practices. Implement cutting-edge technologies and data-driven approaches to optimize the recruiting process.
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics. Identify areas for improvement and continuously refine your strategies to achieve optimal results.

Leading & Coaching
Develop and coach a high-performing recruiting team.
Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Identify and address skill gaps within the team. Implement training programs to equip your team with the latest recruiting best practices and technologies.
Be a trusted advisor and advocate for your team. Build strong relationships with recruiters, understanding their challenges and celebrating their successes.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruiting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies a plus.
