What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team that is responsible for cabinet installation, crown/trim work, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, painting and wood restoration,  etc.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
• Assist in inventory management.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in remodeling and a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
• Knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to operate smartphone for job/project tracking.
• Excellent communication and great attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
