Lead Landscape Maintenance Driver

STARTING PAY OF $17.00 – $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? Leap Frog is hiring a Lead Landscape Maintenance Driver to help us deliver top-notch lawn and landscape services. You will drive company vehicles to job sites and perform essential landscape maintenance tasks to ensure properties look their best. Our ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, values professionalism, and thrives as part of a team.

Responsibilities:?

• Safely operate company vehicles to and from residential and commercial job sites 
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with mulching, pruning, and general property clean-up
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
• Ensure properties are clean and visually appealing after each visit

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus—training provided!
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
