STARTING PAY OF $19 - $22 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Agape Lawn is hiring a Lead Landscaping Laborer to join our team. 

Our ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in landscape installations, and is eager to lead and supervise others in transforming residential properties into beautiful outdoor spaces.

•  Perform landscaping tasks, including site preparation, grading, planting, and installing mulch, pavers, sod, and more.
•  Read and interpret design drawings to bring outdoor projects to life.
•  Operate and maintain tools and equipment for landscaping tasks, including skid steers, trucks, and trailers.
•  Lead and supervise the Landscaping Laborers.
•  Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job.
•  Assist with other duties as needed—no two days are the same!

Requirements

•  1+ year of landscaping experience is preferred, including experience operating and maintaining equipment.
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
•  Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
•  Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
•  Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly.
