Shift: Monday thru Friday / 8:30 am - 5 pm, Some evenings and weekends as needed

We are seeking a Lead Lifestyles Associate to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Lead Lifestyles Associate, you will impact the lives of all members and residents through assisting with activities and programming in a senior living setting. What You’ll Do:

• Develops, plans and implements social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities for residents.


• Encourages, motivates and assists residents to participate in social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities as determined by individual assessment; takes part personally in activities.


• Assists and facilitates organized parties, games, trips, and other departmental activities in which residents participate campus-wide.


• Provides oversight and coaching to Lifestyles Associates. Responsible for task delegation to meet department objectives.


• Participates in the development of interdisciplinary care plans for residents in cooperation with appropriate staff; documents resident programs.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School diploma or GED.


• Minimum two-years related experience preferred, in wellness, fitness or recreational therapy in senior living, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.


• Prior experience directing or leading the work of others is required.


• Requires proficient working knowledge of the aging process as it relates to senior adults in an independent living setting. 


• Requires ability to organize activities and work with other departments and/or units to implement the activities.  


• Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.   


• A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.
