Job Description - Lead Line Cook

Description

Lead Line Cook will assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing food for all food outlets on the property.

Lead Line Cook will also perform other related task to food preparation, kitchen sanitation/cleanliness as directed by the

Executive Chef.

This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines established by Alta Vista Country Club.


Requirements

Must be Dependable, Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment, must be able to work in a team environment,

must be able to take a leadership roll and able to take direction.

Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of food served, perform other duties as assign, must able to comply and understand Department of Health regulations, must able to uphold a safe working condition.

Assist with Banquet food preparations and weekly kitchen specials.
