**Position Summary:**
As a Lead Line Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the production line. Under the guidance of the Production Manager, your hands-on leadership and technical expertise will help us uphold high-quality standards and execute daily production activities with excellence in the craft beverage industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspire and train new production team members on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the production team.
- Partner with the Associate Manager of Production to coordinate production schedules, changeovers, and equipment maintenance to achieve seamless workflow efficiency.
- Champion safety by enforcing protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.
- Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards or issues.
- Foster effective communication within the production team and across departments, aligning operational goals and overcoming production challenges.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a brewery, winery, distillery, or food and beverage production environment is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CIP processes and experience with KHS fillers are beneficial.
- Proficient in Google Suites and communication/record-keeping applications.
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Exhibit a robust work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Experience in managing a team and encouraging collaboration.

**Work Schedule and Benefits:**
- Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with the possibility of overtime).
