Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Line Operator to join our Production team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for operating and overseeing the day-to-day performance of our production line while mentoring new team members and driving continuous improvement.

This is a key leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical troubleshooting, and leading others in the craft beverage space.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and mentor new production team members on safety, operations, and quality protocols


• Promote a team culture rooted in collaboration, learning, and accountability

Production Oversight & Coordination

• Oversee production line performance and proactively resolve issues as they arise


• Coordinate line changeovers, equipment maintenance, and daily workflow with the Associate Production Manager


• Ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality and volume targets

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with internal protocols and external regulations


• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks or mechanical issues proactively

Communication & Collaboration

• Foster open communication across production and cross-functional teams


• Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and troubleshooting efforts


• Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a brewery, distillery, winery, or food/beverage production strongly preferred


• Familiarity with CIP systems and KHS fillers is a plus


• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability


• Experience leading or managing production teams


• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and digital communication tools


• Excellent attendance and a dependable, positive work ethic

Work Schedule

• Tuesday to Friday


• 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)


• On-site in Saratoga Springs, NY
