Lead Maintenance HVAC

Description

Springwood at Aliana is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

In this role you will coordinate and direct maintenance activities, including repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. 

Responsibilities: 

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated
• HVAC certification is required 
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred but not required
