Lead Maintenance HVAC

Marina Grande North Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances
• Certified HVAC License required
• CPO required

Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Requirements: HVAC Certified Required, CPO Certified Required, 3 years of Lead Maintenance Experience required
