What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and grounds team


• Complete service requests quickly and professionally


• Maintain apartments, common areas, pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances


• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs


• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and resident-ready at all times


• Provide exceptional customer service to residents every day

What We're Looking For

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance


• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair


• HVAC certification required


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed


• Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
