Lead Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire) - Weekly Pay!! - Urgent Position

Our team is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in the North Austin area for Immediate hire. NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Lead Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Must be HVAC certified, CPO preferred but not required.
• Prior Lead Maintenance Tech experience required.
• Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be punctual and have good attendance.
• Great customer service
• Must be organized and possess the skills to prioritize.
• Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities as a Lead Maintenance Technician:

• To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach maintenance team.
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance
• Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in
• Implement preventative maintenance program and oversee it.
