Lead Maintenance Technician - Urgent

Zing Recruiting is partnered with a Well known Food Manufacturer in seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join the first shift team in maintaining and coordinating preventative maintenance and troubleshooting work to reduce downtime and ensure production meets quality and sanitation requirements. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs on manufacturing equipment throughout production floor including conveyor belts, packaging, grinders, blenders, etc.
• Plan and schedule maintenance efforts to meet production needs.
• Identify repairs needed and order repair parts as needed.
• Budget Compliance for the maintenance department.
• Maintain work environment to prevent risk of contamination due to defective equipment.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in manufacturing- Foods or Chemical industry experience a plus.
• 5 years Experience with Three Phase systems- Wye, Delta, etc.
• Mechanical and Electrical maintenance experience- hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, and Shop Safety.
• Knowledge of low voltage (up to 440V), high Voltage (600V+), and Boiler systems.
