Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Lead Mammography Technologist in Humble, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Mammography Technologist role combining advanced clinical imaging expertise with operational department leadership responsibilities
• Leadership opportunity focused on imaging quality, patient care excellence, workflow coordination, and staff accountability

COMPENSATION
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 available

SCHEDULE
• Full-time dayshift schedule
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every 4th Saturday rotation, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 5x8 schedule structure

ROLE
• Provide leadership oversight within Mammography and Imaging Services departments
• Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing evidence-based imaging practices
• Serve as clinical expert and imaging resource for staff and department operations
• Coordinate operational workflows while maintaining imaging quality standards
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure high-quality patient care delivery
• Support staff accountability, customer service standards, and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of imaging department policies and operational procedures
• Match patient care needs with departmental resources and imaging workflows

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in acute care hospital or ambulatory setting REQUIRED
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (MRT) REQUIRED
• ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R) REQUIRED
• ARRT Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) REQUIRED
• Basic or Advanced Life Support certification REQUIRED
• Strong imaging leadership and operational coordination skills REQUIRED
• Ability to maintain imaging quality and patient care standards REQUIRED
