Manufacturing Production Lead

Monday – Friday | Schedule flexibility required
Weekend Coverage 2x Per Month

As a Manufacturing Production Lead, you will see leadership and management experience combine with the development of deep technical mastery of process and equipment. The expertise gained in this role will allow you to manage the people, planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

Education / Certifications:

High School Required
Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
Microsoft Office Intermediate – Excel
Manufacturing tracker Systems
IL6S / TPM preferred.
SAP preferred.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Admin or Manu Management
Microsoft Office Intermediate - Excel
Manufacturing Tracker Systems
IL6S / TPM preferred
SAP preferred
Experience with Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) is required.
