Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
Summary-The Manufacturing Engineer diligently oversees departmental operations, ensuring timely establishment of manufacturing documentation and processes, while prioritizing safety to optimize efficiency and foster a secure work environment.
Essential Functions- Adhere to ISO Quality Management System and safety protocols.
- Improve manufacturing documentation accuracy for electronic assemblies.
- Serve as a hands-on manufacturing technician, providing technical support.
- Oversee ECN and ECR processes, aiding in part substitutions.
- Design production tooling and coordinate tester development.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and implement statistical process controls.
- Continuously refine departmental processes for efficiency.
- Lead preventative maintenance and support ECN enhancements.
- Provide coaching and maintain a clean work environment.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and customer communication.
- Ensure work area cleanliness and readiness for production tasks.

Required Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
3+ years of experience working in Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree preferred although not required.
