Eaton Corporation’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer - Facility Transformation. This role is based out of our Amarillo, TX manufacturing facility. Relocation is provided within the United States for this opportunity.
In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes across the Amarillo facility, with preferred experience in foundry operations and machining.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role will play an integral part in driving improvements in machine and operator efficiencies while placing a focus on reducing unplanned downtime. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will be able to make a significant impact from day one and grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
