In this role, you will act as a vital marketing partner for the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice, driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. Your contributions will enhance brand visibility and support client acquisition while collaborating closely with senior leaders. You will leverage corporate resources to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives that resonate within the sector. This role requires strong B2B marketing expertise and the ability to propel strategic objectives through innovative campaign execution.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary marketing strategist and advisor to the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.
- Own the development and execution of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation of practice-specific content and thought leadership materials.
- Identify opportunities to position Partners as thought leaders at industry events.
- Plan, execute, and manage logistics for healthcare events.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on voice-of-the-customer initiatives.
- Ensure marketing collateral aligns with brand standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Design targeted lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Interest or experience in multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools; HubSpot preferred.
- Experience with high-touch client events is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with experience linking marketing to business outcomes.
- Preference for candidates with healthcare and/or life sciences experience.
