Job Description:
As the Lead Massage Therapist at Moonstone Massage Therapy, you will embody our commitment to excellence in massage therapy and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in leading our team of talented massage therapists and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy sessions for clients with precision, care, and attention to detail, adhering to Moonstone's high standards of excellence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other massage therapists, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to share your expertise with our team, with a focus on specialized techniques such as Hot Stones, Cupping, etc, aligning with Moonstone's signature offerings.
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that reflect Moonstone's commitment to exceptional service and client care.
- Demonstrate a diplomatic and empathetic demeanor, effectively managing conflicts and fostering positive relationships among team members.
- Lead regular meetings with leadership and massage therapy staff to ensure alignment with Moonstone's brand values and service standards, facilitating ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Manage office hours efficiently, overseeing tasks such as reviewing SOAP notes for accuracy, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally, and contributing to the smooth operation of the therapy center.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional massage therapy services.
- Certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution, demonstrating mastery of massage techniques and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in specialized techniques such as Hot Stones, in line with Moonstone's signature offerings.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to uphold Moonstone's brand values and service standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, accommodating the scheduling needs of our clients and ensuring optimal therapist availability.
