Lead Material Expediter

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of parcel/courier handling, oversized freight processing, and inventory logging. 
• Familiarity with dock operations procedures.
• Ability to inspect deliveries for damage, apply barcodes, and maintain secure storage areas. 
• Skilled in supporting material relocation within TARC, including coordination with tenants. 
• Understanding of burn bag handling and compliance protocols.
• Able to generate and submit monthly and quarterly reports (Received Items Inventory, Parcel Registry) on time and with accuracy.
• Supports Service Contract Reporting as directed.

Minimum & Preferred Requirements/Education:

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or administrative logistics support. 
• Prior experience supporting government facilities preferred. 
• Ability to receive, examine, log, and store incoming materials and equipment. 
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for inventory, barcode tagging, and data entry. 
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, for log updates and tenant communication. 
• Able to coordinate with internal personnel and external carriers with professionalism.
• Capable of lifting and relocating items as needed within TARC.
