Your Mission:
As a Lead Medical Assistant in our pain management team, you will inspire, mentor, and elevate the team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose and create lasting change.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire: Train, mentor, and oversee medical assistants to ensure top-tier patient care.
Drive Clinical Excellence: Assist with procedures, prepare charts, administer IM injections, and conduct urine drug screens.
Patient Experience Champion: Greet patients, provide exceptional service, and ensure a supportive environment.
Own the Details: Track lab results, update medical records, and keep clinical operations running seamlessly.
What You Bring to the Table:
BLS Certification or CMA preferred.
4-6 years of medical assistant experience (pain management experience a PLUS!).
Leadership Mindset: Strong organizational, mentorship, and customer service skills.
Passion for Patient Care: A commitment to making a real difference.
