We’re a wellness-centered sauna studio looking to hire a Lead Membership Sales Associate who isn’t just skilled in sales, but also genuinely excited about promoting health and wellness. Our ideal candidate is someone who practices what they preach — a wellness enthusiast who regularly enjoys sauna sessions and understands the amazing benefits they offer.
We Offer
- Hourly Pay + ability to earn unlimited commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold - paid out monthly
- While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
- We offer comprehensive training but some experience is required.
- All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available
- Monday through Friday, 2pm - 9:30 pm
- Monday through Friday, 630 am - 2:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Guiding the entire team as the LEAD in studio Membership Sales Associate
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome - look for ways to connect with them on a personal level
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
