Job Description - Lead Microsoft PowerApps Developer

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop custom Microsoft PowerApps solutions to meet business needs.
Lead a team of PowerApps developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Influence technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Customize and integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft 365 tools and third -party systems to create seamless workflows and processes.
Design data models, connect to various data sources, and implement data manipulation and validation within PowerApps.
Conduct thorough testing of PowerApps solutions to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high -quality deliverables.
Provide training and support to end -users, ensuring they are proficient in using PowerApps solutions effectively.
Stay up -to -date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PowerApps development and integration.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design documents, and system specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerApps development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.

Proficient in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other components of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.

Experience with data connectors and integration techniques.

Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (optional).
