Lead Mitigation Technician / Crew Chief

Restoration 1 New Jersey is growing, and we're searching for experienced restoration professionals who know how to take ownership of a job, lead crews, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Water damage mitigation 
• Fire and smoke cleanup 
• Mold remediation 
• Structural drying 
• Moisture inspections and documentation 
• Equipment setup and monitoring 
• Demolition and contents protection 
• Crew leadership and training 
• Customer communication

 Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration experience preferred 
• IICRC WRT certification required or obtainable quickly 
• ASD, AMRT, FSRT certifications are a plus 
• Valid driver's license with clean record 
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation 
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills 

Compensation & Benefits

$28-$40+ per hour depending on experience and certifications
