Eliada Homes is seeking dedicated individuals for our on-campus child residential program. Under new leadership, we offer:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the students and facilities are monitored during student sleeping hours and takes necessary action required to assure their security, health, and safety. 
2. Provide leadership and supervision to night shift staff to ensure that all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.   
3. Manage the staff shift scheduling. 
4. Ensure program documentation is completed. 

Requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

• A High School Diploma. 
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 
• Previous supervisory experience preferred. 
• Care about helping children succeed.
