In this vital role, you will oversee the performance and scalability of the launch and delivery engine. You will ensure predictable and profitable outcomes for launches while managing client trust and organizational priorities. Your leadership will extend across a diverse global team, allowing you to drive key initiatives and improve operational efficiencies as the business grows. This position requires a strong strategic mindset and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Accountabilities
- Own the performance and reliability of the launch engine across 100+ launches per year.
- Act as the approval authority for significant scope or timeline changes based on business impact.
- Lead large-scale events (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday) as a coordinated effort.
- Transform launch learnings into system improvements that support long-term growth.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery and client incidents.
- Build executive-level relationships with the largest clients through regular check-ins.
- Lead and develop senior managers and directors within launch-supporting functions.
- Align cross-functional priorities with real delivery capacity to ensure achievable commitments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles managing complex, cross-functional delivery systems.
- Strong decision-making skills in high-stakes situations with a focus on tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead senior-level professionals.
- Experience managing senior client relationships and navigating escalations.
- Fluency in financial and analytical data to drive impactful decisions.
