In charge of ALL aspects of the job, leading the paint crew to execute all five phases of painting within the work order hours allowed for the job: Planning and Staging, Protection and Preparing, Application of Coatings, Communication and Clean-up, and Customer Walk-thru and Evaluation.

Specific List of Responsibilities

· Maintains the company standard and holds crew accountable for personal crew related performance objectives.

· Planning and Staging

o Arrive with the crew at the job site at the precise start time (8am unless specified otherwise) and establish a positive rapport with our client.

o Within 30 minutes of arrival at the job, let the client know that we would like their feedback on our performance at the end of the job and provide the client with a copy of the GuildQuality letter.

o Respect customer boundaries and space.

o Formulate a plan as to what processes will take place first and in what areas.

o Pre-walk with crew to communicate scope of work and establish daily expectations.

o Set up a neat and organized area for our equipment, tools, and products.

o Control inventory and equipment needs.
