Location: Stafford, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $41,600 annually

YESCO Sign & Lighting has been helping businesses shine bright for over 100 years. We’re seeking a Lead Patroller to oversee our patrol team and support Sales with accurate sign and lighting outage reports.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise Patrollers

Oversee patrol routes and ensure accurate reporting

Provide coaching, feedback, and quality checks

Coordinate patrol schedules for efficiency

Support Sales team with timely patrol data

Ensure safety and company standards are followed

Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using smartphones/apps for reporting

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work evenings as needed
