Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Overview:

The Lead Pharmacist plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy within a nonprofit health center setting. This position ensures the safe, effective, and patient-centered delivery of pharmaceutical services, while supporting the health center’s mission to provide equitable and accessible care. The Lead Pharmacist directly supervises all pharmacy staff and collaborates closely with the Director of Pharmacy to implement departmental goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize the use of pharmacy resources, including the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD) accredited by the accreditation council for pharmacy education.


• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing with the Indiana Board of Pharmacy and Kentucky Board of Pharmacy


• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience


• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and applicable healthcare regulations


• Experience in a nonprofit, community health center, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is preferred.


• Familiarity with the 340B Drug Pricing Program is preferred.
