Were looking for a Lead Physical Therapist to join our team inside a beautiful Assisted Living Facility just outside Chicago. This isnt your average outpatient role youll be the one shaping the clinic from the ground up, working with an already-engaged community of residents, and building your dream team as the practice expands.

Job Details:

• Title: Lead Physical Therapist
• Location: Wood Dale, IL (just outside Chicago)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $80,000$90,000 base, up to $110,000 for strong candidates
• Benefits:

• Client Type: Primarily assisted living residents
• Reports To: Carrie warm, collaborative, stylish facility director who supports her team 100%

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois
• Positive energy and a genuine passion for working with older adults
• Comfortable being the go-to person and building something new
• Experience leading or mentoring a plus but drive and good instincts matter more
• Ready to grow a team underneath you in time
