PlumbingPro is hiring a Lead Plumber for a new, locally owned family- and veteran-owned plumbing franchise in San Antonio. This is the first plumber hire and a key role in building a high-quality residential and light commercial service operation from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.

Job Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repairs
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Help establish service standards and best practices for the company

Qualifications

5+ years plumbing experience (service preferred)
Texas plumbing license
Residential and light commercial service experience required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
