WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING INSTALLER

• At least 7 years of relevant plumbing experience


• Prior leadership experience


• Ability to dig, work in crawl spaces and attics, and lift at least 60 lbs.


• Skills in training, coaching, and developing one or more installers


• Basic computer skills and proficiency with iPads


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Installation experience, including:

  • 50+ Tankless Water Heaters
  
  
  • 100+ Ground Level Cleanouts
  
  
  • 100+ Pressure Regulator Valves
  
  
  • 50+ Shower Valves
  
  
  
  


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record


• Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
