About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience in Bel Air, MD, as a Lead Preschool Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! This role is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a difference in children's lives while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and growth.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Encourage creativity and critical thinking through play-based learning activities.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff.

Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Must be located and eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
