Job Description - Lead Preschool Teacher for the New School Year

Now looking for Lead Preschool Teachers! Are you looking to feel valued by a supportive team of educators? Are you ready to give it your all while you are at school, but truly relax when you are at home? Do you like to add personal flair to your activities, but don't want to have to write out every detailed lesson? If you answered YES, we'd love to hear from you!


If you are an new, or veteran, teacher with these qualities, we'd love to hear from you:



  • Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care

  • Bachelors Degree in Education

  • Excited to learn from a growing team

  • Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners

  • Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers

  • Implementing and creating daily lesson plans

  • Experienced with positive classroom management techniques

  • Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play

We are interviewing daily to find Lead Teachers to support all ages. We opened our school in September, 2023 and are looking to add additional support to our growing school with Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers for the next school year!


Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. While building our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher.
