What You’ll Do (Lead Teacher)

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning activities


• Build strong routines and positive guidance


• Actively supervise and maintain a safe, engaging classroom


• Communicate professionally with families


• Lead and coordinate with your co-teacher/assistant


• Maintain licensing/center standards for safety, cleanliness, and documentation

Openings

• Lead Preschool Teacher (ages 3–4): play-based learning, routines, social-emotional development


• Lead Pre-K Teacher (ages 4–5): kindergarten readiness, small groups, early literacy/math foundations

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, Lead Teacher, or childcare teacher in a licensed setting
  


• Reliable attendance and punctuality


• Strong classroom leadership and communication


• Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements

Preferred:

• CDA, ECE coursework, or Early Childhood Education degree


• Lead teacher experience
