Lead Pre-Screen Specialist

Job Summary:

The Lead Pre-Screen Specialist provides leadership on document collection for the Intake Department, tracks conversion fall-out reasons, manages Pre-Screen caseload assignments, as well as performs pre-screenings for potential clients, manages follow-up caseloads, and provides education on services to convert referrals into starts of care. Maintains accurate documentation and meets key performance metrics to support Consumer goals.

Lead Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance and coaching to Pre-Screen and Intake on document collection.


• Drives the speed and pace of document collection for the Intake department to maximize conversions for Starts of Care


• Tracks fallout reasons for conversions from Pre-Screen to Intake and Intake to Client Development.


• Manages assignment of Pre-Screen caseloads.


• Provide document collection training to new and existing team members as needed.


• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Meet Pre-Screen conversion and start of care goals and other Key Performance Metrics as identified by the department Manager.


• Complete Pre-Screen of newly assigned referrals within one hour of receipt and no later than one business day.


• Manage Pre-Screen follow-up case load according to follow-up protocol.


• Prioritize follow-up requests from families, potential clients, and referral sources with timely responses.


• Thoroughly and accurately complete Salesforce documentation according to protocol. 


• Educate potential clients/families on the benefit and process.


• Attend departmental and company meetings, training, and in-office days as scheduled.


• Send Signature Packet to potential clients upon conversion to Intake according to protocol and complete required documentation.


• Other duties as assigned.
