As a Product Design Lead, you'll play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually compelling reporting experiences that help teams monitor progress, uncover insights, and make smarter decisions

• Lead design processes and strategic initiatives for the Reporting & Analytics product, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate complex data into intuitive and actionable insights
• Design customizable dashboards, charts, and reporting experiences that enhance decision-making for users
• Conduct generative research and usability studies to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Prototype, test, iterate, and refine designs quickly, ensuring solutions are validated before developmentBalance functionality, scalability, and aesthetics, ensuring designs are both visually stunning and highly usable

• 5+ years of experience designing for SaaS products, preferably with a focus on data visualization, reporting, or analytics tools
• Strong UX/UI skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive data-driven experiences
• Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping
• Deep understanding of data information design, dashboard usability, and best practices for data-heavy interfaces
• Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset
• High level of written and spoken English
