Product Manager, Orchestration (Flows)
About the Team
Klaviyo’s Core Product team is responsible for the foundational experiences that power how marketers build, automate, and manage customer engagement. This includes the core surfaces and systems behind campaigns, flows, forms, profiles, lists, and segments — the building blocks brands rely on to create personalized, automated marketing programs.
A central part of this ecosystem is the editor and orchestration layer — the experience where customers design and manage complex marketing workflows. From creating multi-step flows to coordinating campaigns across channels, this area sits at the heart of how customers use Klaviyo to operate their marketing.
The team focuses on making powerful automation accessible and intuitive, helping customers translate complex marketing strategies into simple, scalable workflows that drive growth and retention.
The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own product development for Klaviyo’s Orchestration experience, with a particular focus on the workflows and editor surfaces used to build and manage marketing automation.
Flows are one of the most critical parts of the Klaviyo platform, enabling brands to create sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs. In this role, you will shape the future of how customers design, manage, and optimize these workflows, ensuring powerful capabilities remain intuitive and easy to use.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to evolve the orchestration experience across the platform. This role will work with an engineering team of roughly 8–10 engineers and collaborate closely with another Product Manager in the broader core product area.
This is a highly customer-facing role where deep empathy for marketers and a strong design sensibility are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating complex systems into simple, elegant product experiences and regularly engaging directly with customers to inform product direction.

Marketing automation is the core of the Klaviyo platform, and orchestration is where that power comes to life for customers. The workflows and editor experiences you’ll help shape determine how easily brands can translate complex marketing strategies into real, automated customer journeys.
By making these powerful capabilities intuitive and scalable, this role directly impacts how effectively businesses engage their customers, drive revenue, and grow with Klaviyo. The work you lead will influence some of the most widely used surfaces in the product and play a critical role in ensuring Klaviyo remains the platform marketers rely on to power sophisticated lifecycle marketing at scale.
