Accountabilities
- Define and refine BNPL platform integrations with core banking systems.
- Develop clear product roadmaps from business objectives and success metrics.
- Ensure a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- Transform ambiguous ideas into user-friendly, stable solutions.
- Support stakeholder education and diligence conversations regarding platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience on a product team within banking core or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of lending and banking ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate technical needs to engineers and strategic objectives to executives.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and writing testable user stories.
- Deep understanding of Lean Product Development principles.
- Ability to function well in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Proven track record of delivering user-friendly solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills across various teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, and modern version management workflows.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Natural curiosity and proactive mindset.
