Job Description - Lead Product Marketing Manager - AI & Analytics

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own and shape the go-to-market strategy for Klaviyo AI- and analytics-powered product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI innovation, data-driven personalization, and customer-centric storytelling.


You’ll drive product marketing for both Agentic AI experiences and AI-powered analytics products, helping define how these capabilities transform the customer experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who is deeply passionate about AI, fluent in market and industry trends, and excited to bring complex technology to life in a fast-paced environment. You won’t just market AI features; you’ll help shape how AI shows up in the product and delivers meaningful value to users.


 


How You’ll Make a Difference:



  • Own product marketing strategy for AI and analytics products, including Agentic AI and AI-powered personalization and insights.

  • Shape how we position and communicate transformative AI experiences, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.

  • Lead end-to-end product launches, from market insight and product positioning to enablement and execution, in a fast-moving, iterative environment.

  • Partner closely with Product, AI/ML, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to influence roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.

  • Stay on top of AI and analytics industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer expectations to inform strategy and differentiation.

  • Use data and analytics to inform messaging, measure impact, and continuously optimize positioning and go-to-market performance.


 


Who You Are



  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally with AI, analytics, or data-driven products.

  • Deep passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a point of view on Agentic AI and how it can reshape SaaS experiences.

  • Proven ability to launch and scale products that resonate with business user needs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical product concepts into clear, differentiated, and customer-centric product positioning and messaging.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and confidently lead strategic reviews with C-level and senior executives.

  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, insights, and metrics to guide decisions and tell better stories.
