In this role, you will oversee the rollout of complex maritime and offshore projects with a significant impact on the company's growth and client satisfaction. Your leadership will ensure timely delivery and adherence to company standards, while also managing resources across multiple regions. You'll play a crucial part in driving high visibility programs that contribute to revenue goals and enhance the quality of service provided to clients. Accountabilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of deliverables for clients across various regions and time zones.
- Utilize industry experience and customer management skills to enhance service offerings.
- Manage internal resources for the delivery of technical solutions.
- Document program progress and financial performance for client projects.
- Identify and manage deficiencies in customer services.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to present alternate solutions and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between client and stakeholders.
- Develop tools for resource utilization and program management.
- Implement established program management processes and metrics.
- Resolve key issues and escalate risks as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Understanding of satellite and networking technologies.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
- Experience in managing complex Client IT projects in Enterprise and Software deployments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a regulated environment.
- Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with excellent time management.
- Experience handling customer disputes and providing win-win solutions.
