Job Description: Lead PrTMS Technician

Time Commitment: 40 hours per week

Status: Full-Time, benefits eligible

Salary: $20.00/hour 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform qEEGs and administer prescribed PrTMS therapy
• Complete intake assessments and vital signs
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Document all appointments with patients
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Provide patient education regarding diagnostic testing and treatment
• Maintain all technician and patient scheduling (collaborating with therapists/student teams)
• Hire, train, and supervise PrTMS Technicians
• Regularly train and audit PrTMS Technician competence and performance
• Remain available for intakes that occur outside of scheduled technicians
• Remain available to assist technicians with qEEGs for placements as needed
• Remain available during Family Days to demonstrate PrTMS services to interested parents
• Update notes on CrossTX, ensure accuracy of patient diagnoses and treatment plans
• Transcribe doctor notes
• Coordinate monthly qEEG list with the Neuro Health Manager
• Report first and last qEEG notes to the Neuro Health Manager
• Work with the psychiatrist to schedule student and outpatient consultations.
• Maintain billing sheets
• Provide weekly updates to parents about students’ treatment
• Provide weekly updates to patients to summarize meetings with the psychiatrist
• Manage the Telos NeuroHealth Instagram page
• Assist with promotional/marketing efforts
• Upkeep PrTMS machines and qEEG caps
