Lead QA Automation/Architect - Urgent Hiring

Role: Lead QA Automation/Architect
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid model 3 days from office)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation frameworks and strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on testing progress and results.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their testing requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of testing projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with automation scripts and test environments.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of QA engineers.
• Experience in managing client relationships and projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
