Lead Qualifier/ Customer Service Representative - Positive Work Culture

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual who is self driven and wants to be a part of a successful team. This is a remote position (training will need to be in person), which allows you to work from home, but requires discipline, a quiet workplace with no distractions, and internet access for receiving and making phone calls. This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday from 9pm- 6pm. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls
• Reaching out to leads
• Scheduling sales appointments and managing Salesman's calendars
• Following up with customers to insure quality and satisfaction
• Obtaining reviews and assisting with administrative tasks for customer care packages
• Helping to develop marketing platforms to drive more inbound leads

*Hourly + Bonus

*This position is for an area that has potential to grow exponentially.

*While this is an in-person position, the candidate MUST LIVE in the Hampton Roads area.  

*Candidates who complete online assessments will be prioritized.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour + bonus
