Looking for a hands-on job with opportunities to learn and grow? We’re looking to hire a motivated Lead Express Lube Technician to join our service team at Sommer’s Automotive. If your looking for a position to use your express tech experience and leadership skills we will provide paid training, professional development, and a clear path for advancement.

Perform basic preventive maintenance (lube, oil changes, filter service)
Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings
Rotate and inspect tires, check pressure, and replace as needed
Deliver quality service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Previous lube technician or automotive service technician experience (2+ years desired)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
Full-time position
5 days per week, including Saturdays
Valid driver’s license
We provide tools and training!
This position is based in our dealership’s service department, where you'll use modern equipment, tools, and safety procedures to perform quality vehicle maintenance.
