Lead RDA

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated, dependable Lead RDA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead our back office team. This role plays a key part in supporting our doctors and office manager.

Requirements:

• Active RDA license in Texas
   
• Minimum 3 years of RDA experience
   
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
   
• Prior experience assisting in oral surgery, prosthetics, or implants a plus
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills
   
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
   

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor new RDAs
   
• Lead and support the back-office team
   
• Communicate and collaborate closely with doctors and the office manager
   
• Oversee ordering and managing supplies
   
• Help ensure exceptional patient care and flow
