Lead Recruiter High-Volume Recruiting

Position Summary

The Lead Recruiter – High-Volume Recruiting will lead and actively participate in a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting operation. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a team of recruiters while maintaining an individual requisition workload. The position partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet staffing goals, maintain consistent recruiting practices, monitor team performance, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead, coach, and support a team of four to eight recruiters.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, workloads, pipelines, and hiring goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to recruiting team members.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage an individual requisition load and the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare candidate materials and debriefs.
• Extend offers and negotiate salary and benefits within established guidelines.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout hiring and pre-employment.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure consistent ATS use and adherence to recruiting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• At least three years of recruiting or talent-acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive hiring timelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• HRIS experience preferred.

Work Model

• Fully remote position.
• Four-month W-2 contract expected to begin October 12, 2026.
• Reports to Talent Acquisition leadership.

PAY

$35–$40 per hour on W-2
