Compensation: $30+ per hour (based on experience and education)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after successful completion of probation; $500 after 6 months)

Schedule: Full-time | No nights or weekends required

As a Registered Nurse at Grace Health, you will provide professional, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering excellent care while helping to improve workflows, mentor new staff, and support overall clinic operations.

  Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

  Conduct patient assessments, including physical, behavioral, nutritional, and psychosocial needs

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients and families using evidence-based practices

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Advocate for patients and connect them with internal or community resources

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as a mentor and trainer for new clinical staff

  
  


• 
  

  Perform nurse visits, telephone triage, and CLIA-waived testing

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization in clinical work areas

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current on professional education and licensure requirements

  
  

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  
  


• 
  

  Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan

  
  


• 
  

  One year of professional nursing experience in ambulatory care preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Current BCLS certification

  
  


• 
  

  Certification in ambulatory care or a nursing specialty is a plus
