Pay: $54-$56/hr + monthly performance-based bonus potential
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 days per week including weekends

Position Summary:
With Restore’s continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a Full-TimeLead Registered Nurse to join our team at our Upper East Side 69th St studio (Manhattan, NYC). We are looking for a positive, energetic leader with a passion for wellness and helping others! As a Lead Registered Nurse at Restore you will be working hand in hand with the General Manager and will be responsible for the successful oversight and onboarding of the studio nursing staff, administration of all medical services/therapies, client education, membership promotion, and other assigned administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of nurses by performing monthly chart audits, provider scheduling, hosting regular meetings, and training all new RN hires in your studio.
• Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
• Establish positive rapport with clients and provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
• Administer IV Drip Therapy, Intramuscular Injections, HBOT sessions, as well as our other medical therapies
• Educate clients on the benefits of medical therapies offered
• Work autonomously with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals
• Promote membership sales and medical services based on clients needs and/or goals
• Collaborate with the studio team to achieve company goals and promote teamwork and efficiency within the studio
• Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR
• Participate in community outreach, off-site nursing events, and other special projects
• Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
• Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission and goals of Restore, modeling the values and culture

• You’re a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• You have two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
• You have leadership or management skills.
• You have at least one year of experience administering injections.
• You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
• You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.
• You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
